Premiere is a private school that offers Preschool, Pre K and Kindergarten programs that align with the Michigan Department of Education Early Childhood Standards of Quality for Pre K and Kindergarten.

Our Story

Premiere was founded by Kathy Jensen in 2003 with the mission of providing individualized, developmentally appropriate programs in which each child can explore, learn, and grow. 

Premiere Preschool began in White Lake and moved to the Commerce Township area in 2006.

Our Curriculum

Premiere's experienced teachers are committed to providing a curriculum which is centered on each child's interests and developmental/academic needs.  Children learn best through hands-on experiences with people, materials, events, and ideas.  That principle, which has been validated by research, is the basis of our  approach to teaching and learning. Creative art, math, science, fine and gross motor skills, language arts, and social skills are all included in our curriculum.   Field trips, class celebrations, and community events are also incorporated into our enriching programs!
